In the event where a product you purchased from us is now cheaper than the price you paid for it within the last 14 days, we will gladly refund the difference by processing a price promise given Proof of purchase or copy of bank statement is present.
Please note that a price promise refund must be requested during the sale period.
- This can be completed over the phone/email for online purchases. If it is an instore purchase, this will need to be processed in store.
- If paid using an alternative payment provider (Afterpay) the difference will be given via form of a Gift card.
- This is not applicable to "Online Only" products.
- Order should be in status 'Completed'
- We can't further discount a Clearance product, you will be offered a Gift card for the price difference.
